Yoga is available to everyone. This ancient holistic system offers many ways to discover our authentic selves through the body, breath and mind. We start with simple ranges of movements, which can be adapted to suit every body. We then integrate breath and movement which then steadies the mind. As we develop body and breath awareness, we become more flexible, our breath becomes longer, the body becomes healthier and our minds become quieter.
The goal of yoga is not to contort our bodies but to move ourselves through an inward journey, bringing the light of awareness to the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of our being. We can then create coherence within and move towards our highest potential which shines out.
I have been teaching Yoga since 2006 weekly classes (currently online), One to One Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Retreat days, Reiki and Gong baths.
I am also qualified with the BWY to teach the Foundation Course level 1 for those wanting to deepen their understanding of Yoga and possibly go on to train to become a teacher,
